Information BuildMinute™ processes
BuildMinute™ may process account identifiers, authentication records, subscription status, usage allowances, referral metadata, and information necessary to provide customer support and prevent abuse.
Construction content
Construction daily report content, project photos, and generated PDF files are intended to remain on the user’s device and are not stored in BuildMinute™’s Supabase backend.
Website analytics
BuildMinute™ uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with the website. BuildMinute™ does not intentionally send construction reports, project photos, account credentials, or payment-card details to website analytics. Visitors can limit cookies through their browser settings and may use Google’s available analytics opt-out controls.
Dictation exception
When a user chooses AI-assisted dictation, the selected audio and related context must be transmitted for temporary processing so spoken notes can be converted into report text. The final policy will identify the processors, retention behavior, and user controls.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or an applicable mobile app store. BuildMinute™ receives transaction and subscription metadata but does not directly store complete payment-card details.
Service providers
BuildMinute™ expects to use Supabase for account services and backend functions, Stripe for eligible web payments, OpenAI for the optional dictation workflow, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Final disclosures will reflect the services enabled at launch.

Users will be able to request account deletion and manage subscription status through the applicable product controls. See the account deletion page.
