The service
BuildMinute™ is a mobile application intended to help users prepare construction daily reports. Users remain responsible for reviewing report accuracy and deciding whether generated material is appropriate for the project record.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access credentials, and complying with applicable laws and project obligations.
Subscriptions and usage
The planned paid service includes monthly and annual subscription options with usage allowances. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and referral terms will be displayed before checkout.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted transcription and writing may contain errors. Users must review all generated content before relying on or sending it.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit content they lack the right to process.
Ownership
Users retain rights in their construction content. BuildMinute™ and its branding, software, design, and documentation remain the property of BADLEA Projects LLC and its licensors.
