The service
BuildMinute™ is a construction daily-report application operated by BADLEA Projects LLC. It helps you prepare and send daily reports; it is not a substitute for your project’s documentation requirements or professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing report accuracy and deciding whether generated material is appropriate for the project record.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access credentials, and complying with applicable laws and project obligations. A permanent BuildMinute™ account is required for account-based report allowances, subscription verification, and referral attribution.
Your first 5 daily reports are free
Send your first 5 daily reports at no cost. This is a report allowance, not a subscription that automatically starts charging you.
A free report is counted when the device’s mail composer reports a successful send and BuildMinute™ records that unique report as sent. Drafting, editing, and generating a PDF do not by themselves consume a free report. Canceling the send flow does not count, and resending an already-counted report does not consume another free report. Reinstalling the app does not reset the allowance for the same account.
After all five free reports are sent, an active Pro entitlement is required for additional dictation, PDF generation, and new report sends. You can still access projects and drafts and open completed PDFs that remain available on your device.
Google Play subscriptions
BuildMinute Pro offers monthly and annual subscriptions through Google Play in the Android app. Pro includes unlimited daily reports. Each individual AI dictation recording can be up to 10 minutes; this is not a combined 10-minute limit for an entire report.
Google Play displays the price, billing period, applicable taxes, any eligible introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. Review those terms at checkout. Payments are processed by Google Play, and paid access depends on a completed, verified purchase. A pending payment does not provide paid access until it completes and is verified.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the applicable renewal price unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal. An introductory offer changes only the period and price shown for that offer; subsequent renewals follow the terms displayed by Google Play.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription using Manage Subscription in the app or Google Play subscriptions with the Google account used to purchase it. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling BuildMinute™ or deleting your BuildMinute™ account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Canceling does not automatically refund a payment. Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Contact support@buildminute.com if you need help with a purchase or account-access issue. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights provided by applicable law.
Referral offers and rewards
Referral offers apply when an eligible offer is available to your account in the app. Use a valid BuildMinute™ referral link or code before your first verified, non-test Pro purchase. The app and Google Play show the available introductory pricing and renewal terms before purchase; sharing a link alone does not earn a reward.
- You cannot refer yourself, use an unknown code, or change to a different referrer after a referral is attached to your account.
- Referral purchase eligibility is limited to your first verified production Pro purchase. Later cancellation, expiration, refund, or revocation does not restore first-purchase eligibility. Beta Pro access alone does not use that eligibility.
- The referred account must complete a verified, non-test purchase using an eligible monthly or annual referral offer. Ordinary purchases without an eligible referral offer and Google Play test purchases do not qualify.
When the referring account receives a reward
A qualifying purchase begins a seven-full-day (168-hour) hold at its first qualifying verification. After the hold, BuildMinute™ rechecks the purchase before issuing one 30-day reward to the referring account.
The purchase must remain verified and paid through. A canceled subscription that is still paid through can qualify; a pending, on-hold, paused, expired, revoked, or otherwise unverified purchase cannot release a reward. A refund, revocation, or other invalidation during the hold can void the pending reward.
If the referring account has an eligible active, auto-renewing Google Play subscription, its reward extends the subscription period by 30 days through Google Play. Otherwise, the account receives 30 days of BuildMinute-managed Referral Pro access. These are alternative forms of the same reward, not two rewards. Duplicate notifications or processing attempts do not earn an additional reward for the same qualifying referral.
Referral Pro is time-limited access, not a new paid subscription. Check the app for your referral activity and access status. Contact support if an eligible reward is missing.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted transcription and writing may contain errors. Review and correct generated content before relying on or sending it. See the Privacy Policy for how optional dictation processes selected audio and related text.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit content you lack the right to process.
Ownership and your records
You retain rights in your construction content. BuildMinute™ and its branding, software, design, and documentation remain the property of BADLEA Projects LLC and its licensors.
Ordinary projects, reports, photos, videos, and PDFs are stored on your device, not in a BuildMinute™ cloud backup. You are responsible for keeping and exporting the records you need. A subscription or restored purchase restores eligible access, not missing local project or report files.
